I absolutely love cakes that are easy to replicate! This is the cutest most colorful cake. To make one similar all you really need is cake mix, butter cream frosting, a bag of Skittles or M&Ms, Gold coin chocolates, and a knife to carve the cake into a 'U' rainbow shape.
Don't forget to TASTE THE RAINBOW ;-)
