Need a quick treat to have at your St. Patrick's Day Party? Look no further! All you need for my St. Patty's Day Treat is popcorn, a green party hat, cone holders (range from $5-$40 and can be found anywhere...check out your nearest Target or Amazon.com), and green M&Ms (you can find green M&Ms at Michael's).
Simply take your cone holder and place the green or green patterned party cone hats upside down into each holder.
Take 2 cups of popcorn and pour it into the hats. Proceed to sprinkle a couple of green M&Ms in the popcorn mix.
THAT'S IT! You can even add peanuts if you like to add some more flavor.
